Beginning September 1, 2017 ALL of our events will be pre-pay events. Entry fees are due by the Monday BEFORE the tournament you are playing in. IF teams do NOT pay by that Monday, we will contact team(s) and IF they want to remain in the event, they can pay by credit card to hold their spot. Also, IF there are spots left in the tournament, teams can ADD to the Who’s Playing list on Monday and Tuesday IF they pay by credit card.
Here are the Penalties for DROPPING AFTER we have emailed coaches their info packet for the weekend:
1) DROPPING on Wednesday we will keep $150 of your entry fee payment. The rest will be applied to your next Got Game tourney.
2) DROPPING on Thursday we will keep $200 of your entry fee payment. The rest will be applied to your next Got Game tourney.
3) DROPPING on Friday we will keep your ENTIRE entry fee payment.
4) Teams sending in their Pre-pay vouchers for payment will be subject to the same fines. IF you drop on Wednesday then we will owe you a CREDIT above $150, Thursday $200 and Friday we keep the voucher.
GGF operates on good faith with all sanctioned teams, although any team writing a bad check will be charged a fee of $35.00.
Any team that issues a bad check does not make the check good within a reasonable amount of time GGF will take legal action to recover any monies due.
